You agree to pay all charges associated with your rental, including any late fees, tolls, citations, or damage costs that apply. Use of the Vehicle You agree to use the vehicle lawfully and responsibly, to return it in the condition you received it, and to follow all terms in your signed rental agreement. Cancellations Cancellation and refund terms will be provided at the time of booking and in your rental agreement. Liability E&E Rentals is not responsible for personal belongings left in a vehicle or for losses caused by misuse of the vehicle. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time.
